We have had several reports of our "drag and drop" activities not working on certain Chromebooks in the App. From testing a few devices, we have found that these activities work when using the touch screen, but not when using the trackpad or a mouse.
While we work on fixing this issue, there are two workarounds for this issue:
- Use the Touch Screen: If your Chromebook has a touch screen, we've found that the "drag and drop" activities work using that screen, so you should be able to play the games using it.
- Use Chrome Instead of the App: If your Chromebook does not have a touch screen, you may still play the games using the Chrome web browser instead of the App, where we've found that the "drag and drop" activities work. All of the games are available in Chrome, so you won't miss out on anything by using it!
