If your student is telling you the work is too hard, it might be that they are struggling with a particular topic or subject.

If a single topic is proving difficult, as the coach, you can pause that subject for that particular student. You can pause a subject until later, which preserves your student’s progress on that subject, but will not present any more questions from that subject until you resume.

Pausing allows your student to catch up in terms of understanding with other subjects or take a breather without losing any of the progress they have already made on that particular subject.

To pause a subject, go the Dashboard and scroll down to the Active Curriculum section. Select the specific topic and click on the “Pause” button in the lower-left corner.
