District Getting Started

As a district owner, you may create schools by the principal or admin's email address. This will create an account that allows a school to add multiple teachers to our system. You will be able to see everyone added and usage data per a teacher.

As a district owner, you may also create teachers if you wish to administer classrooms directly. This will create an account for a teacher and allow them to create up to 50 students.

The Masquerade feature allows you to login as the school or teacher so that you may either administer the account or dive deeper into the data. For example, if there is a change in personelle, you can masquerade into the account and change the email and password.

The archive function allows you to delete school or teachers. This can be useful in between years so that the teacher or school can start fresh at the beginning of a school year. It can also be useful if the school or teacher is no longer a part of the organization or does not wish to use the software further. Archived schools and teachers will show up in an Archived folder.
